Nutella Scrolls and berry skewers
Ingredients
- 2 slices High Fibre White Bread
- 1 tablespoon (20g) Nutella
- 12 blueberries
- 4 large strawberries, halved
- Wooden skewers
- 1 glass reduced fat milk
Method
- Cut crusts from bread.
- Spread bread with Nutella
- Roll bread up tightly like a scroll
- Cut each roll into four pieces
- Thread scrolls, blueberries and strawberries onto skewers as desired
- Arrange skewers on a plate with any remaining blueberries and strawberries
- Serve with milk
- Serves 1
